Privacy Policy of TesT GmbH

We value your trust and use the utmost care and security to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will apply from May 25th, 2018.

We process personal data from customers, interested parties and contact persons in their companies as well as from suppliers and contact persons in their companies, which we receive in the context of a business relationship or the establishment of a business relationship. Within TesT GmbH, those departments receive personal data, which are concerned with the fulfillment of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual activities, the survey of customer satisfaction or complaint processing. If necessary, we provide data to supporting service providers or provide data access to order processors.

This happens on the basis of

• a legal obligation
• our legitimate interest

If third parties (web hosting, IT maintenance) achieve access to data, they must have concluded a "order processing contract" with TesT GmbH.

Data processing on this web shop

Generally we process personal data of our users only in case and to the extend that is necessary to provide a functioning web shop and to provide our content and services. When you visit our web shop our web server temporarily stores every access in a log file.

The following data is collected and stored until automated deletion:

• IP address of the requesting computer
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the retrieved file
• transferred amount of data
• message if polling was successful
• detection data of the browser and operating system used.

The processing of this data suits the purpose of enabling the use of the web shop (connection establishment), system security, technical administration, network infrastructure and optimizing the web shop. We can not assign this data to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be conducted. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the GDPR.

 

Collection, processing and use of personal data

Our web shop provides a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. It further provides a request form on each product page. If a user takes advantage of one of these possibilities the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to TesT GmbH and will be stored. This data is:

• name and e-mail address
• where applicable: company and address

In case the user registers for a customer account in the web shop, the following data will be transmitted to TesT GmbH and will be stored:

• First name, last name, address, e-mail address and password
• where applicable: company, telephone number

In case the user completes and sends an order through the web shop, the following data will be transmitted to TesT GmbH and will be stored:

• First name, last name, company, address and e-mail address
• where applicable: telephone number

No payment-related data will be transmitted to TesT GmbH or stored with TesT GmbH. Only the external payment service provider Paypal and Telecash get in touch with it. For further information regarding acquisition or storage of payment-related data please contact those companies.

At the time of sending the message or the order or at the time of registering for a customer account also the following data is stored:

• IP address of the user
• date and time of access

In context of the sending process your approval for processing your data is obtained in reference to this privacy statement. Alternatively, establishing contact via the provided e-mail address is possible. In this case, the user's personal data that is transmitted by e-mail will be stored. In this context, there is no disclosure of data to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a of the GDPR.

 

Website analytics service Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). The user has the possibility to revoke his approval to the processing of his/her personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by e-mail he/she can contradict the storage of his/her personal data. In this case the conversation cannot be continued.

Under the terms of GDPR you are entitled to the following legal data rights if their requirements are met:
